One Garment, Three Lives is a practical skills-based workshop focused on extending the life of clothing through repair, alteration, and re-design. With your pair of pants or skirt, you’ll learn how to adjust fit, proportion, and movement – and how small decisions can revive garments that may otherwise sit unworn.

Throughout the session, you’ll gain knowledge of how waistbands, hems, fastenings, and shaping work together, and how intentional adjustments can increase style, comfort and longevity. The aim is to build confidence in working with what you already own and understanding the potential held within a single garment.

You’ll leave with a refreshed piece and a practical framework for future wardrobe changes rooted in care, creativity, and sustainability.
